Dear Son,
I have heard about Blogs...But don't understand the concept.
However if my son James Sherwood, has a blog it must be okay . Love and prayers for you and yours as always. from your beautiful, glamorous, wealthy, funny mom.

James,

This cold weather makes me think of fishing in the spring. We need to set a date to challenge Corning & Schroeder. Unless you've got another fishing partner?

I think your confidence in me is a bit shaken, at least when it comes to fishing???? One option is June 29th. Check your calendar!!!!

hey James, ....why do you have a bog, dad never said anything about you having a bog, ouch, sounds ugly, is there any puss? I hope they dont have to amputate, if they do though, save that bog cause it might make a good sermon illustration! James 1:2 stuff 4 sure. just thinkin ahead of the curve for ya.

James,
This a great opportunity for you to reach a whole new audience! I pray that God will bless your efforts and the response will be overwhelming.

Dad never let us have a blog. He hated blogs. He hated the mess and the barking. Funny thing all four of his sons John, James, Joseph (that’s me) and Joel David…we all have blogs. My blog is Romeo and he is the best blog of all. John’s (Barkley) is a nice bloggie. James’s blog, at least his old blog was Marino, I wonder how Marino feels about James’s new bloggie. David, what is your blog’s name again??? Is it Radar?

Anyways if congratulations on your new blog are in order, consider them offered. When you’re around, come show us your new blog but bring a paper bag….Dad was right about the mess. If Marino is looking for a place to live send him here, I always liked that white little bloggie.
All the best.

Love,
Tobb

James,

Trust the week at Liberty was fruitful and an encouragement to you personally as you poured out your heart and God’s Word to the students. The Lord is using you in a mighty way. Know that you are loved and prayed for.

James,

I understand you got blogged. Dad hates it when he gets blogged down in the snow he says he is getting too old get himself out of the blog anymore so he has to be smart enough to stay away from the spots where he gets blogged. I remember once when I went snowmobiling with Dad I got blogged really bad and it took us more than an hour to get out of the blog. If you need some advice about it you might want to call John, last week Dad told me about John getting his brand new snowmobile totally blogged at the cottage. Dad said he had to get Danny W to pull him out with a tractor. I hope you get out safe.

James—
Great job at Liberty. You’re a godly man--Proverbs 27:17. Thanks for all you mean in my life.

James,

Thanks for a great week of ministry at Liberty. It is a joy serving along side you. I’m excited about what the Lord has in store for all of us as we serve him together. I pray that the Lord continues to bless you as you seek to faithfully serve him……you circus!

Hey James,
This is great. Am looking forward to hearing something uplifting, funny, serious, profound, challenging, and ridiculously off the cuff-- whenever you have a free minute :-)!!!

Hey James! Excited to see your blog is up and running, and so glad to be a part of the ministry God is doing through you at HBC and through the WITW radio ministry, and so many other great outlets! Have an awesome day.

Dear James,
I grew up since I was 6 years old listening to my "Hero" Dr. John MacArthur and have profoundly love his ministry. It made me an expositor on a regular basis starting at 27. I use to be a youth pastor in Newaygo, Michigan and heard about your ministry because their was a camp coming up just down the road from my home. So, I check your thing out, and I am glad that there are more exegetical preachers out there.
He Reigns!

James you say you're not cool?? Well I guess you are entering the world of coolness. You have a blog. I have enjoyed looking at your new website and especially the pictures. You would not believe what I have sent around LifeWay. I have to say the pictures of the Downpour prayer bracelets made me cry. I will always be your biggest cheerleader, for the messages you preach are not yours....they are His. You and your family are truly gifts from God. I know He smiles on you each day.

Hey James-
Love the new site and the blog. Humbled everyday at the ministry I get to witness and be apart of. In the words of our friend JB...

Shalom Paster James et. al.!
My then recently -saved bro (Joel)& I met you at the 2005 Cleveland Ohio Moody Men's conference as we were contemplating walking into the makeshift "Men's Bathroom" (a converted Women's bathroom for the all men's conference!). It was definitely a God-moment getting a chance to meet you amongst thousands of men there at that conference! Joel & I still talk about it! Yeah God for this website & blogs! I cannot thank you & all the WITW / Our Journey folks enough for helping iron sharpen iron. They are great daily devotionals! So far, 4 of my 6 family members believe in Yeshua (Jesus) now with still 2 to go. We'll keep praying!
Blessings & Be a Blessing!
