Rory Noland, Pastor of Worship Born in Evanston, Illinois, Rory accepted Christ at a Billy Graham Crusade as a young boy. He is an accomplished songwriter, author and speaker and joined the Harvest staff in 2007. Blissfully married to Sue, together they have two grown sons, Micah and Joel, and one lovely daughter-in-law, Joel’s wife, Allie. Rory’s passion is worship as a spiritual discipline that breathes life into the soul. His burden for artists to be all that God has called them to be, spiritually as well as artistically, is evident throughout his writings and ministry. |

Andi Rozier, Associate Pastor of Worship Andi started leading worship by driving to different student gatherings in and around his native hometown, London, England. After five years, he left the road and the United Kingdom to move to the United States and serve the local church in 2001. Andi oversees the worship leaders for all six campuses, and leads worship at the Rolling Meadows or Elgin campuses every weekend. He has recorded several worship projects for Harvest and overseen a movement of songwriters throughout Harvest Bible Fellowship. He and his wife, Joanna, and their sons, Sam and Ben, make their home in Elgin, Illinois. |

Meredith Andrews, Worship Leader A native of North Carolina, Meredith began singing in church at six, and by high school was writing songs and leading worship. As an only child with three adopted brothers, she originally planned to work at an orphanage, until she felt God calling her into music ministry while attending Liberty University. In addition to leading worship at Harvest Bible Chapel, Meredith has a national platform as a recording artist and in 2011 won two Dove Awards, for Worship Song and Worship Album of the Year.

Luke MacDonald, Associate Pastor of High School Ministry and Worship Leader Luke loves making a joyful noise and leading people in praise to God, along with reading and diet Dr. Pepper. He also loves his wife Kristen and their two sons Carter and Reid. Luke received a B.A. from Moody Bible Institute and now oversees the Jr. High and High School Ministries at the Rolling Meadows campus. He blogs regularly at BrothersMacDonald and tweets at @lukemacdonald. His passion in life is propelling people towards grace-filled, truth-soaked lives.

Eddie Hoagland, Director of Instrumental Worship Born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico, Eddie holds his B.S. in Worship and Music Studies from Liberty University. He now lives in Elgin, Illinois, with his wife Christina, where he serves at Harvest Bible Chapel. Eddie is passionate about ministering in the local church to instrumentalists and serving by leading worship. He enjoys songwriting and is heart is to train and equip members of the local church to serve in worship ministry.

Celby Hadley, Director of the Harvest Gospel Choir Celby is from Elkhart, Indiana and joined the Harvest team in August 2009. He graduated from Taylor University with a B.A. in Music, specializing in vocal performance.

Dan Sumpter, Worship Leader, Crystal Lake Campus Growing up in California, Dan began playing piano at the age of three and the Lord began leading others in worship throughout his school years. Graduating from Liberty University with degrees in business and music, he performed and led congregations around the country. Dan’s greatest passion is leading worship; that the Glory of God would be the focus of the Church. Dan currently serves as the worship leader at Harvest Bible Chapel’s Crystal Lake campus and is a part of the creative planning team there.

Seth McConkey, Worship Leader, Niles Campus Seth grew up loving to play, sing, and be on stage for any reason—and God began working on his heart and his pride to keep him from singing for selfish gain. Now his passion is to use his gifts to help lead others in worship. Studying music at North Park University, Seth began leading worship at Harvest Bible Chapel in May of 2010. He looks forward to what God will continue to do through this ministry and to keep giving Him glory.
